ADHESIVE SYSTEMS was founded in 1989 manufacturers of adhesive dispensing equipment, systems and glue applicators. The owners Ed Koziol and Gary Johnson have an outstanding background in  a diverse range of adhesive equipment and applicators having held prior positions at major Fortune 500 Companies. Based on their experience in the adhesive industry they established ADHESIVE SYSTEMS to produce high quality  engineered adhesive dispensing equipment, applicators, glue guns for a wide range of assembly adhesive, bonding, fastening bonding requirements.

The company’s 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Frankfort, Illinois. The company employs 52 associates, with adhesive sales engineers in every major region of the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and South America. ADHESIVE  SYSTEMS has a network of professional industrial distributors adhesive dispensing equipment and fastening systems throughout the world to service medium to large industrial OEM companies involved in assembly. Some of the markets currently  being serviced are automotive, military, medical, electronic, marine, industrial, furniture and filtration as well as many niche areas where ADHESIVE SYSTEMS'S technical know how can solve assembly problems.The company is built on a foundation  of quality, experience, and teamwork.

There is a value added approach to every aspect of ADHESIVE SYSTEMS. The products offer custom engineered solutions combined with innovative adhesive technologies to meet the demanding  requirements found in bonding assemblies. All products are manufacture to strict quality  standards. Where applicable, ASTM Test Methods are used. Most of the adhesive dispensing equipment and adhesive applicators are certified  to Military Standards and USP Class VI criteria. Lot/batch records are established  on all products. Total production capability is between 250 to 300 tons.
